This left-wing newspaper was an illustrated satirical semi-monthly published under a pseudonym. Created by Maurice Brivet, the newspaper published articles on political and moral scandals of the time and this issue contains an article about l'abbè Delabys, who was accused of molesting boys in the south of France.
Very good in lightly browned wrappers.
