This brief pamphlet authored by Wilde's biographer and longtime friend disputes Gide's claim that Wide had engaged in sex with young men in Algeria in 1895. Gide had described his encounter with Wilde and the young men in question in his Fragment de Si le grain ne meurt, published in a very small edition in 1924.
Very good in green paper stapled wrappers, light sunning to edges, small library stamp on cover.
